Activating the alarm is simple. Just insert key, make a clockwise turn, remove the shackle and reposition it into the lock. After the beep, remove the key, and the alarm will arm itself within 15 seconds. Twofold vibration within 5 seconds triggers the alarm. And in case of constant motion or vibration? The alarm sings at 10-second intervals until the movement finally stops. When the lock tames down, the alarm resets after 35 tranquil seconds.
Battery replacement is straightforward. Once the shackle hole screws are removed, replace the existing batteries with 6xAG13 1.5V. Kindly observe polarity and reassemble as it was. These batteries should serve you well for 2 years under standard conditions. A set of 12 batteries are included in the pack to keep you worry-free.
