Installation is a breeze too!
Start by connecting the electrode holder to the output negative, and the other electrode holder to the positive output. Grind the tungsten needles on the grinding machine to fully utilize the point discharge principle. When installing the weld head, ensure the tungsten needle extends for 50mm. The ideal needle diameter is 1mm.
Steps to get welding:
Step 1: Switch on the power.
Step 2: Adjust the power knob to toggles between coarse and fine according to your job requirement.
Step 3: Clamp the workpiece with the tweezers, ensuring the workpiece interface aligns with the tungsten needle (the best distance is 5mm). Avoid direct contact between the needle and the workpiece.
Step 4: Use the foot switch (keep your foot away after using). Your welding is now successfully completed!
