Built with high-quality, commercial-grade polyolefin, this general-purpose heat shrink tube is designed to meet the demands of multiple fields – electrical, electronic, automotive, and industrial markets.
Optimized to achieve a 2:1 shrinkage rate, this incredible tube can shrink to half of its original diameter when heated, showcasing its versatility and adaptability. Note that the sizes specified are pre-shrinkage internal diameters.
Our heat shrink tube, dyed in a professional black, is plain, devoid of any markings, but packed with high strength and resilience.
Its minimum shrinkage temperature stands at around +70° C with full recovery occurring at around +100°C. The operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C. Designed with a tensile strength of approximately 14Mpa and a dielectric strength of nearly 20kv/mm, our heat shrink tube coincides with RoHS Compliance.
Kindly note, though, that due to manufacturing processes, the heat shrink tube may initially appear a tad larger than its pre-shrink size. Rest assured, the tube will always shrink to 50% of the stated pre-shrink size.
