Experience precision and superior performance with this top-of-the-line electroplating machine. With its finest configuration settings, this piece of equipment is designed to provide an adjustable maximum voltage of up to 20V and a maximum adjustable current of 2.0A. Designed to operate optimally at 220V, this machine promises excellent functionality.

Engage in platinum plating with the positive electrode being the titanium mesh and your piece of jewelry serving as the negative electrode. The ideal temperature for this is 30-40 degrees Celsius, and the process can take between 90-120 seconds. An important thing to note: it’s recommended to gently rock the electroplating items at the start of the process.

Venture into gold plating with 14K, 18K, or 24K methods. The configuration still utilizes the titanium mesh as a positive electrode and the jewelry as the negative. Optimal temperatures range from 70-80 degrees Celsius, with the plating time being just a quick span of 20-50 seconds. Similar to the platinum plating, swaying the electroplating items from one to four pieces of the ring is necessary.

The Silver plating method, on the other hand, makes use of a titanium mesh as the positive electrode and a clip jewelry as the negative. Beyond electrolytic cleaning, it requires a precise mixture of 2.5 g silver salt 54% in 500 cc of pure distilled water. Ideal condition sees a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and a voltage of 5V. 3-5 seconds is all it takes complete the process.

Remember this crucial tip, all silver salts, electrolytic cleaning salts, and cleaning processes over the beaker require the use of pure distilled water.

The complete process involves additional steps, including polishing with a cloth wheel and a sander, ultrasonic cleaning aided with wax water, further polishing with a polishing machine, and finally cleansing with a steam cleaner. The whole process is completed via efficient electrolysis and electroplating procedures.

What’s in the box? You get 1 high-quality, performance-driven plating machine that offers sterling results.
