Operating Temperature: This product performs optimally between temperatures of -50℃ to 150℃.
Installation Guidelines:
- Ensure the surface where the product will be attached is thoroughly cleaned.
- To achieve the best adhesion and damping effect, the insulation material and the sheet metal should be firmly fit together.
- Do not obstruct the chassis wiring or air holes during installation.
- For stronger connections, suitable use of adhesive tape is recommended.
- When applying the Aluminum Soundproof/Damping Plate, you can heat it with a hair dryer to soften it before manually compacting it. If the room temperature is lower than 5 degrees Celsius, the plate can be heated with a sun lamp until it becomes soft, then remove the wax paper and attach it.
- For the best results, avoid repeatedly tearing off and reapplying the paste, as this can diminish its effectiveness.
- If there is any extra insulation material, it can be applied in a concealed area.
