Please note: When the temperature is below 20 degrees, ensure to heat the glue in hot water at 60-70 degrees for ten minutes. This electric glue machine is designed to save you time and effort compared to manual glue machines. It provides continuous force and large thrust. To prevent the tube from bursting due to leakage, we have set a protection program that automatically retreats when the thrust is too large. Avoid applying hard glue. Heat the hose to reduce the resistance of the glue.
To prevent glue leakage, keep the front push piece slightly swinging. If glue gets on the push piece, wipe it off immediately to prevent it from solidifying and inhibiting movement. If glue gets on the screw raceway, wipe it off immediately to prevent it from entering the main structure of the machine. After using for a while, you can apply a bit of butter on the screw raceway for maintenance. Avoid using liquid lubricants such as engine oil.
