- The T203 device primarily facilitates unlocking the ID activation lock that potentially surfaces during the activation interface of a Macbook containing the T2 chip.
- In the process of utilizing the T203 to alleviate the ID activation lock, it simultaneously performs a diagnostic to ascertain if there are any damages to the T2 ROM data, which might result in boot failure.
Activate ID Lock feature:
- Let’s say, you forget the ID password of your Macbook and performed a system refresh, you would encounter the ID activation lock on the activation system interface. Without the remembered ID account and password, system activation is rendered impossible.
- If an EFI lock and a PIN code lock exist concurrently on the Macbook, erasing and restoring the system via the ‘Apple Configuration 2’ software will trigger an ID activation lock on the activation system interface.
- Should you purchase a pre-owned Macbook with an active logged-in ID and search function, reinstalling the system leads to the emergence of the ID activation lock interface.
Product Specifications:
The T203 package includes two main tools; the T203 U disk and the T203 ROM holder.
- The T203 U disk already has the activation lock unlocking software installed. The U disk supports both USB and Type-C interfaces for MacBook, tasked with reading machine code and serial number and subsequently unlocking the activation lock.
- The T203 ROM socket is equipped with proprietary T2 ROM data and a T2 ROM read-write socket. It is primarily accountable for both reading and writing T2 ROM data as well as storing T2 ROM unlock files. Please note that the unlocking data within the T203 ROM may be used only on T203 devices. Further, any other devices deployed for the reading and writing processes might harm the T2 ROM chip leading to booting issues for the motherboard.
Precautions: Usage of data within T203 is strictly limited to T203 machines. Indiscriminate use of other equipment for reading & writing might result in boot failure or severe damage to the T2 chip, and the supplier will deny any responsibility for the aftermath.
