Description: This secondary curing machine is a post-processing unit specifically designed to complement light-curing 3D printed products. Featuring a knob timer, rotating tray, and compact lightweight design, these features allow for uniform curing, resulting in dry, hard product surfaces. This equipment is crucial for casting materials.

Features:

  1. Compact and lightweight design
  2. Knob timer for precise control
  3. Rotating tray ensures uniform curing
  4. Curing in water to minimize shrinkage, deformation, and enhance surface hardness
  5. Specifically designed for use with Resin 3D printers DLP / SLA / LCD in post-curing stages

  5. Timing: 2-60 minutes
  6. Curing band: 400-405nm
  7. Curing method: Curing in water
  8. Power supply voltage: Input 110/220, output 12V
  9. Frequency: 50 / 60HZ
  10. Power: LD050 = 50W
  11. Operating environment: Well-ventilated and dust-free area; Temperature: 0 ℃ -35 ℃; Humidity: 20% -80% (non-condensing)
  12. Storage conditions: Temperature: 0 ℃ -40 ℃; Humidity: 10% -80% (non-condensing)

Instructions:
a. Initial setup: Check the machine for any damages after unpacking. Position the device on a flat, stable surface.
b. Usage: Fill the water tank to approximately 70% capacity and position it on the turntable inside the machine. Place the model in the tank, then set the timer switch. General materials often require around 5 minutes of curing time, while casting material may need 30-60 minutes (depending on the material’s properties). Upon hearing a ‘ding-dong’ sound, the model can be removed. Please ensure no water flows into the device.

Troubleshooting:

  1. If the turntable does not rotate, inspect the screws for looseness. Tighten them if necessary.
  2. If the LED light keeps flashing, a. check the power supply for any problems, b. ensure the power cord socket is functioning correctly.

Package includes:

  1. Curing Machine
  2. Power supply
  3. Power cord
  4. Water tank
