The primary material of the nozzle is a copper alloy, chosen for its excellent thermal conductivity properties. This ensures well-regulated heat distribution. To prevent copper oxidation at elevated temperatures, the nozzle undergoes a hardening process. A higher thermal conductivity boosts the nozzle’s preheating time while ensuring stringent temperature control.
Please heed this tip when handling nozzles: ensure the nozzle heats to a temperature above 200℃ before you attempt to disassemble it.
