Apart from camping and hunting, it’s also useful for observing and tracking animals in their natural habitat. It features a motion sensor that activates when a human or animal stirs, and an infrared remote with an impressive max range of 20 meters. It also offers an adjustable interval between motion detection, providing options of 1, 5, 10, and 30 seconds.
The camera is equipped with an IR flash that captures vivid color images and videos during daylight. By contrast, its nighttime footage is shot in black and white for clear visibility. Its low-noise operation ensures it won’t frighten off wildlife in its vicinity.
Waterproof and Compatible
This camera’s waterproof quality (IPX66) provides valuable protection against varying weather conditions, especially since the unit can be most effectively installed on a tree to seamlessly blend with the surroundings. The device supports micro SD cards up to 32 GB, USB, and AV output (please note these are not included in the package). Other compatibility aspects are: 3G, GSM, MMS, SMTP, and SMS. It is essential that SD cards are inserted or removed when the device is powered off.

This device boasts an 8-megapixel image sensor and a 3.1 F lens with 120-degree field of view. There are three mode options: camera, video, and timelapse. The image resolutions are selectable – 16 MP, 12 MP, and 8 MP. The frequency bands include 3G GSM 850, 900, 1800, and 1900 MHz. As for data transfer, this is executed via email using the GPRS transfer. The video resolution and photo file formats available are 1080P/720P/ VGA and JPEG/AVI. For added safety, the device allows the input of a 4-digit pin code.
