The LX-A type-flat probe has been skillfully designed for use on materials of low to medium hardness such as rubber and synthetic rubber. The LX-C type-round probe is ideal for softer materials like foam and sponge, while the LX-D type-point probe excels in measuring hardness in tough materials like hard rubber and plastic, glass, and other high-hardness objects.
Ease of use augmented with high endurance: This tool is created with a design that focuses on superior usability. A spring conduction feature serves to enhance the equipment’s stability, minimizing errors during measurements. The instrument’s anti-vibration construction, complete with an all-copper oil wire damping structure, ensures a solid grip. Sporting an anti-glare, scratch-resistant glass with a clear scale, the product guarantees easy reading of figures.
Innovation and Functionality: This Shore Hardness Gauge comes with an optional double needle feature, designed to hold the red needle for us to keep track of measurements while releasing the other needle. This memory function simplifies recurrent hardness testing.
Specifications: Three available models include LX-A, LX-C, and LX-D with a range of 100HA, 100HC, and 100HD. The gauge maintains excellent accuracy with an error margin of only ±1. The needle sizes available include φ0.79mm, 2.5mm, and 0.1mm. The dimensions of LX-A/C/D models are 115 x 60 x 25mm, and every needle stroke measures 2.5mm.
