Guidelines for using your new SUNKKO spot welding machine:
- Avoid using active sockets. Connect the machine directly to a wall socket to ensure stable power supply.
- Account for the large, instant welding current. Your leakage protection switch tripping device’s rated current should be 40-63A. Anything lower than 40A might lead to tripping.
- Make sure to set the pressure adjuster correctly to ensure optimal welding results.
- Always keep your welding pins clean, removing any oxide with sandpaper.
- Maintain the welding pin in a sharp condition.
- Don’t be alarmed by occasional flashes of light. These are normal and occur due to the spot welder discharging high current momentarily (within 20ms).
