The A50s Headphone Amplifier is expertly crafted in a full aluminum casing, utilizing unique workmanship in its precision machining of aluminum brick. The device offers optimal use via its 6.35mm single-ended output and 4.4mm balanced output, both of which are driven by the balanced amp circuit built into the unit.
This headphone amplifier is notably adaptable, easily powering headphones with an array of different impedances. This is due to its impressive high voltage swing (42Vp-p), 3500mW per channel power output (when both channels are driven), and low output impedance of less than 0.1Ohm.
The A50s features two gain settings for SE output (adjustable to 0dB/6dB) with a 6dB/12dB adjustment for a balanced output. It is not only designed for driving headphones, but the NFCA modules of A50s can also be applied as a preamplifier whilst maintaining the same ultra-high performance. When used with active speakers, the unit allows for enjoyment of both headphones and speakers.
The power supply to A50s can be further improved with the use of the special P50 unit. This provides cleaner power for even better performance.
