The Throat Extruder boasts a clean design and easy installation process. The innovative design increases the drawing back length, thereby reducing drawing defects by over 95%. The unit is made entirely from stainless steel, thus offering excellent heat resistance and thermal insulation. Its double-end printing wait process significantly minimizes leakage defects.
The extruder also features a nozzle end that projects outward, reducing nozzle sticking issues during the printing process. The high-precision inner hole processing in tandem with a PTFE pipe virtually eliminates pipe plugging. During a 16-hour PLA printing session between 190-240 degrees, no pipe plugging issues were detected.
The long hot melt area can accommodate high-speed printing with a substantial flow rate.
This Throat Extruder features seven cylindrical, M7 threaded connections with a radiator and can be used with the latest E3D radiator and square single-head radiator, catering to various 3D printer installation requirements.
