Duet 3 Main Board 6HC Details:
The Main Board 6HC boasts an impressive set of features. These include a high-performance 32-bit processor (ARM Cortex M7 @ 300Mhz), a dedicated high-speed connection to a single board computer (e.g. Raspberry Pi), and 6 high-capacity Trinamic 5160 stepper drivers with firmware control. Also present are 10 variable current capacity PWM outputs for controlling heating beds, extruders, and fans. This board provides support for all common 3D printer geometries and services.
Duet 3 Expansion Board 3HC Overview:
The Expansion Board 3HC, much like its counterpart, offers extensive features, including a dedicated 32-bit processor (ARM Cortex M4F @ 120 Mhz), a CAN-FD bus connection to the Duet 3 main board, and next-generation Trinamic 5160 stepper driver. It also offers a range of expandable PWM outputs and IO ports, supporting multiple Z-probes. The board comes with a complete set of connector housings and crimps, the CAN-FD cable, however, is not included.
5i Display Description:
The PanelDue 5i is a high-quality color touch screen controller that can be connected to Duo and other 3D printing electronics that support it. It offers a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels on a 5″ LCD and a 2-wire asynchronous serial interface with 3.3 V signal level. It comes with a 300 mm long ribbon cable and a 1 m long 4-wire cable for connecting to the controller board.
