Product Name: High-Temperature Copper Alloy Nozzles
Product ID: –>

Overview: Our product range includes durable, non-stick, high-temperature quality nozzles, which are crafted from a robust copper alloy. Known for its high temperature endurance, the qualities of the alloy prevent it from softening or annealing up until it reaches an extreme of 500 ° C. This makes these nozzles perfect for high-temperature 3D printing requirements that are beyond the scope of other nozzles. Also, these nozzles seamlessly integrate with the V6 hot end, Titan Hotend extruder, BMG Hotend extruder, and are compatible with Prusa 3D printers.

Detailed Description:
● The high-performance nozzles are specifically designed for extreme high-temperature conditions. The high-temperature alloy copper utilized boasts a softening point well above 500 ° C and improved thermal conductivity. This makes the copper nozzles well suited for high-temperature applications. Furthermore, these function excellently with everyday fiber materials such as PLA, ABS, and spoolWorks edge.

● Alongside the high temperature endurance, these nozzles are enhanced with nickel-based plating. This remarkable feature significantly minimizes plastic adhesion to the nozzle. The anti-adhesion quality proves beneficial for everyday fiber hence keeping things clean and shiny. Furthermore, it is critically essential at temperatures above 300 ° C, where silicone socks cannot be utilized.

● The copper alloy in use offers more than 3x the thermal conductivity compared to brass and the copper alloy we utilize. Additionally, it undergoes hardening and treatment to minimize the oxidation that invariably occurs in copper at high-temperatures. The heightened thermal conductivity also marginally ups the heat-up times and may offer improved temperature control.

● The copper alloy used in the nozzles proves resistant to high temperatures. It does not start to soften or anneal until far beyond 500 ° C. This unique characteristic makes our nozzles ideal for high-temperature printing jobs that other nozzles may not be able to handle.
