Instructions:
- Begin by pressing the nut into the groove found on both sides of the idler.
- Carefully insert the two bearings into the pulley. During this assembly process, be mindful as the bearings might slip out. (Due to its geometric structure, you may observe layers in the printed part. However, this doesn’t compromise its functionality or strength)
- Verify that both bearings are correctly inserted inside the pulley!
- As demonstrated in the image, insert the pulley into the idler pulley.
- Thread the shaft through both the idler pulley and the pulley. Apply just enough force as excessive pressure might cause damage to the printed part.
- Ensure that the bearing can rotate freely by placing your finger on it.
