Description: The TMC2225 chip, an ultra-quiet resonant stepper motor driver chip, comes equipped with an integrated driver and MOS. It’s fully compatible with the DRV8825 pin and provides excellent cost-performance value. Conventional driver chips often cause high-pitched noise or motor jitter; the TMC2225 resolves this problem with its StealthChop mute technology. This technology lets the stepping motor operate with noise under 10dB at low speed, ensuring ultra-quiet performance. The chip also features SpreadCycle resonance suppression technology, allowing smooth high-speed operation without jitter.
