The PT-16GY Camera Flash Trigger is a controller for synchronously triggering studio and outdoor flashes for cameras. It consists of a signal sender and a receiver trigger, utilising frequency modulation wireless remote control.
The signal transmitter operates on advanced circuitry and components, enabling FM wireless signal transmission. It has a standby and hibernation mode, ensuring low power consumption—capable of functioning for over a year on standby mode with just one battery, and can continuously trigger thirty thousand times. Its trigger current of 0.01MA will not damage the camera’s flash contact. These features make it suitable for both traditional and digital cameras equipped with a hot shoe or PC controlling interface.
Moreover, the receiver trigger is powered by dry batteries, offering safety, energy efficiency, and convenience. It utilises a micro-computer for decoding control for superior anti-interference capability; a sensitive reaction speed, with the highest synchronous speed reaching 1/250 sec indoors and 1/500 sec outdoors.
Unique to this model is the multi-frequency isolation technique and the self coding matching function provided for users for flexible usage. It features 16 isolated channels suitable for specific shooting environments. Triggers set in different channels can work in combination or independently without interfering with each other within an effective range.
