I’ve been a radio listener most of my life. During this time I’ve owned quite a few radios. I’m really enjoying this little radio. It is small. It is simple. It is inexpensive. And I’m loving it. All bands are better than reasonably sensitive. The sound is loud enough and easily listened to. And it’s analog, not analog tuned phase lock loop but real analog. This allows the operator to tune as optimally is their fingers will allow. And analog is just fun! There’s something nearly primal about real analog. I’ve picked up shortwave stations from nations far away and without a hundred buttons dxing is just plain fun. And whaddya want for about thirty clams delivered? It works. It works pretty well. Tuned to the right station it’ll rock, like Joe Walsh!
