With seamless data transmission to a cloud platform through the WiFi Router, the Sonoff Basic WiFi electrical switch allows users to manage and operate all connected appliances remotely. The control is enabled via the eWeLink mobile application, with the data being securely stored on an Amazon global server.
Sonoff’s WiFi-controlled switch is designed to make every home appliance more intelligent. As long as the user has internet access (2G/3G/4G/WiFi), they can control the appliances by switching them on or off from any location, anytime. The user can even set timers for appliances including countdown, scheduled, and loop timers, helping to streamline daily activities.
The eWeLink mobile application makes it particularly easy for users to control their appliances. The iOS version can be found in the Apple Store while the Android version is available in Google Play. Please note that Sonoff Basic does not come with a 433Mhz RF receiver module. If you require an RF function, please consider the Sonoff RF.
