This is a 13mm general purpose polyolefin heat shrink tube, which is known for its 2:1 shrinkage rate, meaning it shrinks to half of its diameter when heated. It’s noteworthy to mention that the presented measurements are the internal diameters prior to shrinking.
Our heat shrink tube marks a perfect balance of top-class quality, cost effectiveness, and commercial-grade utility for electrical, electronic, automotive, and general industrial markets. It brings to the table high strength and resilience.
The minimal shrinkage temperature stands at approximately +70 Degrees C while it fully recovers at around +100 Degrees. It shows impressive performance in operating temperatures ranging from -55C to +70C. Additional features include a tensile strength of 14Mpa and a dielectric strength of 20kv/mm. Our product is RoHS Compliant.
A unique aspect of our heat shrink tube is that due to its manufacturing process, it often appears slightly larger than its stated pre-shrunk size. Rest assured, the tube will always shrink to 50% of the stated pre-shrunk size.
