Introducing the SUNKKO 737U Battery Spot Welding Handheld Machine, the ultimate solution for small battery pack welding needs. This intelligent device uses dual modes and frequency conversion pulse for efficient spot welding tasks.

The machine boasts a substantial input voltage for the welding part, providing a power of 2.8KW. It gives you complete control over the pulse time, with a range for a single pulse of 0.5-5ms and double pulse of 1-10ms. This versatile machine can weld thicknesses ranging from 0.05-0.15mm.

On the charging end, the SUNKKO 737U outputs a voltage and current within the range of 0-3A (max), with an output power of 38W (50W instantaneous). With a voltage stability of less or equal to 1.5% (setting), a constant current accuracy of ±2.5% (setting), and a measurement error of less than or equal to 1.5% (setting), you can rely on its performance.

Despite its compact size (372132cm) and light weight (5.5kg), the SUNKKO is packed with features. It includes three USB ports for output; charging and testing for one lithium battery; fast welding lithium battery pack by fixed welding head; and an easy-to-read charge indicator.

Additionally, the machine handle makes it convenient to move while the needle pressure regulator and quick current setting enhance the user experience. Its LED light function and pulse selection settings are thoughtful touches that make this machine a joy to use.

Here are some critical reminders for utilizing your SUNKKO spot welding machine:

  1. A stable power supply is essential to achieve a good welding effect. Avoid using active sockets; instead, utilize the wall socket.
  2. Due to the instantaneous nature of welding large current, ensure that the rated current of the leakage protection switch is up to 40-63A. Anything lower could result in tripping.
  3. To avoid poor welding results, set the pressure adjuster to the correct parameters.
  4. Keep the welding pins clean and frequently erase oxides with sandpaper.
  5. Ensure the welding pin maintains a sharp shape.
  6. Flickering lights are normal due to the machine’s high power and instantaneous current discharge.

The package includes one 737U Machine, a user manual, a wrench, two fuse tubes, a fixture for six batteries, four welding needles, two charging wires, and 60 Nickle samples.
