This model offers a complete solution to locate buried cables, electrical lines, or water/gas supply pipelines. You can easily detect interrupted or short-circuited cables and electrical lines, check fuses and assign current circuits. Plus, it shows you hidden sockets and distribution sockets accidentally covered with plaster.
Features
The MS6818 projector unites the functions of both an AC/DC voltmeter and an automatic cable tracer. The voltmeter is capable of measuring between 12 and 400V AC/DC voltage linearly. Users can view the preset transmitting power, transmitted codes, battery life, detected mains voltage, AC/DC status of the detected mains voltage, and a warning symbol for mains voltage on the transmitter’s screen. Its self-inspection feature displays the device’s working status on an LCD screen for easy reference.
The receiver allows either manual or automatic adjustments for sensitivity and can sweep frequencies automatically. Both the transmitter and the receiver have silent-mode capabilities. Additional transmitters can be purchased for expanding the system, or separating multiple signals for compactness and portability.
