This product is designed to capture up to 99% of airborne dust, making grinder cutting a cleaner process. It is compatible with most 4 and 5 inch hand grinders, as well as 3”, 4”, and 5” saw blades. However, it does not fit polishers.
The installation process is quick and straightforward, thanks to the universal bracket band clamp combination. You can adjust the cutting depth up to 1.06 inches for precise work. The clear polycarbonate material not only ensures durability but also improves visibility during operation. This product supports both forward and backward cutting.
Installation Guide:
1. Unscrew the screws, place the dust cover, and then tighten the screws.
2. Install the saw blade at the center.
3. If the saw blade position is off, insert the pressure plate.
4. Adjust the guard and saw blades to keep them parallel.
5. Adjust the cutting angle and secure it by tightening the screws.
