The Hydra-Krimp is a lightweight handheld hydraulic press that is incredibly portable, making it perfect for both shop and field applications. It’s versatile too, as it can be used on both beaded and barbed hose fittings.
The kit includes a complete set of dies that cover hose sizes #8, #10, #12 and reduced barrier #6, #8, #10 and #12. The dies are designed to snap quickly into the press fixture, eliminating the need for pins or screws.

Using the Hydra-Krimp is a breeze. Simply remove the pin and open the top yoke. Select the correct die set and insert it into the yoke. Position the fitting and hose in the crimper and close the yoke. Insert the pin securely. Turn the body of the tool clockwise until the dies are snug against the hose fitting. Turn the hydraulic valve to the “closed” position. Pump the handle to crimp the fitting onto the hose. Continue pumping until the handle comes to a stop. Once the crimp is complete, turn the hydraulic valve to the OPEN position.
The kit comes in a custom molded case and includes the Hydra-flare assembly, die sets for various sizes, and a die set plastic box.
