Description
This product is a digital fridge thermometer designed to provide a clear reading of temperature within a range of -20 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius. It is therefore suitable for use in both fridges and freezers.
Pressing the C/F button located at the back of the thermometer enables users to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit units.
The LCD digital display screen provides real-time temperature figures which are easy to read. It features large numbers that show the maximum and minimum recorded temperatures.
The thermometer is versatile in its application. It includes an adjustable stand and a magnet on the back. As such, it can be placed on table tops, hung, or attached magnetically.
One significant feature of the thermometer is its ability to alert frost. When operating within a range of 4 to 7.9 degrees Celsius, a frost icon will appear on the screen.
The thermometer is powered by a single CR2032 button battery, which is included with the product.
However, please note that when temperatures fall below -30 degrees Celsius, the LCD will display ‘LL.L.’ similarly, when temperatures are above 60 degrees Celsius, it will display ‘HH.H.’
In case the screen does not display any readings, it is recommended to install a new CR2032 battery.
