Product Specifications:

  • Operating voltage: DC 10V-45V. The use of a switching power supply of DC24V or DC32V is recommended.
  • Rated maximum output: ± 4.5A
  • Segments: step, half step, 1/4 steps, 1/8 steps, 1/16 steps, with a maximum of 16 subdivisions.
  • Dimensions: 52mm width 82mm length 30mm height

Product Features:

  • The output current is stepless adjustable to cater to a variety of applications.
  • It includes an automatic half-flow function, supplemented by an easy-to-use automatic half-flow switch.
  • It utilizes a 6N137 high-speed optic copler to maintain optimal performance even at high speeds.
  • The TB6600HG chip provides a low-voltage shutdown, overheat shutdown, and an overcurrent protection circuitry. It also offers enhanced short-circuit protection compared to the TB6560.
  • The back of the board displays a description of the subdivision settings.
  • Output short circuit protection is included.
  • Two input terminals make wiring more convenient and allow direct connection to MKS-Gen.
  • Suits 42,57,86 two-phase, four-phase, four-wire, six-wire stepper motors within 4.2A.
  • Again, it features an automatic half-flow function.

Notes:

  1. Power supply should not be reversed to avoid damaging the chip.
  2. The set current should not surpass the motor’s rated current.

Instructions:

  1. The operating voltage is DC 10V-45V, with a switching power supply of DC24V or DC32V recommended.
  2. Only one group can be entered in the two identical input terminals, simplifying the wiring process.
  3. An input pulse level of 5V requires a series of 1K resistance if 12V; if 24V level, a series of 2.4K resistance is needed.
  4. When CLK has a pulse, the motor operates. Without a pulse, it automatically enters the set half-flow state, locking the motor.
  5. When DIR is low level or floating, the motor runs forward; high level causes reversal.
  6. When EN is low level input or floating, it operates normally. A high level puts it offline.
  7. The white 4-PIN bayonet terminal can directly connect to the MKS-Gen’s signal output (mind the direction).

Package Includes:

1 x 3D Printing TB6600 42/57/86 Stepper Motor Driver (Note: The package does not include the motherboard and motor.)
