Specially designed for precision work, it enables clear viewing of detailed locations. It pairs perfectly with our Fortuneweld brand precision cold welder PCW220.
Additionally, it plays a role in promoting an even gas flow for high-quality welding. It can save up to 30% gas in comparison to a traditional ceramic shield cup. Moreover, it is universally compatible with original TIG torch parts making it an economical choice.
Owing to our product, you stand to realize significant cost savings. You’ll save on additional spare parts like collet or collet body, and it outlasts ceramic type shield cups due to its heat resistance. Plus, the assembly process is a snap – simply push to install the transparent shield cup securely and smoothly.
Please do take note: for the best performance, avoid using transparent shield cups when there are welding spatters and refrain from knocking the cup despite its high-temperature resistance. Always be mindful that transparent shield cups need to be used based on the welding range. For DC output welding, the maximum current is 170 A, and for AC output welding, the maximum current is 90A.
