Features
The Fuel Injector Tester is a diagnostic tool which helps you examine injector difficulties. It supports the testing of either a single injector at a time or multiple injectors concurrently. It thereby enables the identification of a range of injector issues such as sticking, leaking, damage or burnout.
Output Power
It comes with a switchable 12V & 5V output power and consists of 2 connector pairs. Anyone can select any of the 2 output voltage levels and 4 pulse signal output modes based on their necessities.
The power source for this device can either be the 12V battery of the vehicle or an externally connected DC 12V power adapter (Recommended to be at least 1.5A). This ensures continuous operation.
The instrument offers an input short-circuit protection function. It has an injector diagnosis mode that works even with the engine switched off. It can be used in conjunction with any fuel pressure tester.
Activation Modes
The device incorporates various activation modes including continuous, short medium, and long switching outputs. The output wire of this tester is made from silica gel material known for superior high and low temperature characteristics.
Specifications
The Fuel Injector Tester is made of a durable ABS material and available in black color. It is fitted with a power supply cable of length 1m. The optimal working conditions for the injector tester are a temperature range of 0°-40°C and a relative humidity of ≤80%. It can be stored in conditions ranging from -20°C-50°C with a relative humidity of ≤85%. The tester is compact with dimensions of 12*8*2.5cm.
The package which the tester comes in has dimensions of 17*13*6.5cm and weighs about 300g.
