Introducing our Punch Stamp, a brand new and high-quality tool that is essential for your jewelry making process. This tool is used to create intricate designs on your precious metals.
Here’s how it works:
First, place your material into the plaster mold bowl. Before heating the mold with a welding machine, ensure that the raw material is heated and a small amount of borax is added.
Once the gold and silver have completely melted and reached an optimal flow state, use the die sludge to press down quickly. After about a minute, the gold, silver, and other liquids will solidify.
Next, gently tap the plaster mold with a hammer until it cracks. Remove the jewelry blanks and wash them in an ultrasonic cleaning machine. Use a hair to clean off the gypsum powder.
For the final step, finish shaping the jewelry. If you’re making a chain, you’ll need to weld it. Lastly, polish the gold drum using an agate polishing machine or hand-polish it.
