Instructions for Use:
1. Thoroughly clean the area you plan to work on. Ensure there is no dirt or grime on the glass.
2. Prepare two small plastic tubs. Quart or pint-sized containers work well. Fill one halfway with water.
3. Dampen your polishing wheel in the water, but avoid making it dripping wet.
4. Pour some Cerium Oxide into the empty tub and add enough water to create a slurry (a thin, paste-like mixture).
5. Attach the dampened polishing wheel to your electric drill and dip it into the slurry.
6. Apply the polishing wheel to your work area. If the scratch is near the corner of the windows, use the small-sized felt wheel. Keep the wheel moving in an up and down and circular motion.
Important Notice: Ensure the slurry does not dry up as it could cause your glass to overheat and crack. If your slurry is drying up, spritz it with a spray bottle full of water.
Pro Tip: For optimal results when polishing glass, it’s recommended to use a machine with a felt polishing disc.
