The gear ratio allows the use of lighter motors as it requires less torque to push the same filament force, making direct drive systems lighter and Bowden-style printers more powerful and reliable.

High Speed - With a balanced 3:1 gearing ratio, the Titan can manage fast extrusion situations such as a volcano and provides swift retractions due to its lightweight gear-set.
