This Heatbed Power module is designed to address the issue of excessive power and load current in the hot bed. It operates optimally under I(Max)=25A and ensuring that the current during operation does not surpass 25A. Its performance is reliable with adequate cooling ensured.
For any power demands equal to or above 15A, this module is indispensable. For instance, given a total power consumption of 240W with a 12V power supply, a minimum of 20A will be required (20X12=240W).
However, since the ChiTu controller board can only support 15A, it will not suffice without this additional power module.
