This tube is a general purpose polyolefin heat shrink tubing and has an impressive 2:1 shrinkage rate – which means, it can shrink to half of its pre-shrinkage diameter when heat is applied. Size specifications mentioned are the internal diameters prior to shrinking.
Our tube is a high-strength, resilient, quality-assured, and cost-effective solution that caters to a wide array of markets – be it electrical, electronic, automotive, or industrial. Also, our heat shrink tube is plain with no markings to ensure a neat and clean look.
The minimum shrinkage temperature of this product is around +70°C, and to achieve full recovery, the temperature requirement is +100°C. The operational temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C.
This tube boasts a tensile strength of around 14Mpa and a dielectric strength of 20kv/mm. It is also RoHS Compliant to ensure environmental safety.
Kindly note, the picture is for visual information only, and this isn’t a mixed pack. Also, due to the manufacturing process, the heat shrink tube may be slightly larger than its stated pre-shrunken size. However, rest assured, the tube will always shrink to 50% of the stated pre-shrunk size.
