Our product boasts a sleek surface, even thickness, and no undesired marks, spots, or impurities. Trials at 100°C indicate it offers a horizontal shrinkage of 48 ± 3% and a vertical shrinkage of 12 ± 3%, allowing it to closely adhere to the product. Besides a shrinkable heat-shrink machine, you can also resort to your everyday hairdryer to obtain the desired shrinkage.
Once the product is shrink-wrapped, it won’t crack even when dropped from a height of one meter onto concrete surfaces. Its color maintains remarkable stability too; there are no discolorations or color shifts even after considerable storage at 30°C.
This innovative product offers a tensile stretch capacity of less than 2% and a water absorption rate of ≤ 0.5%. It promises a low natural shrinkage rate of ≤0.5% at 30°C and a high resistivity mark of ≥1 × 1015Ω / cm3 in conditions with relative humidity being lesser or equal to 65%.
Its electrical performance is impressive as well. This is made evident by the stipulated breakdown voltage dependent on the product’s single-layer thickness:
