The product is a film crafted from imported raw materials through domestic production. It has a thickness of 0.1mm and measures 200mm by 140mm. It’s usually compatible with 5.5-inch screen LCD equipment.
The film provides certain advantages over purely domestically produced films. It features a lighter release force, enhanced light transmission at 95%, an impeccably flat and flawless surface quality, and a significantly extended lifespan. You will experience a smoother and quieter demoulding process during printing, and the higher UV light transmission rate will render your printed parts more attractive and luminous.
Usage Instructions:

Tension: This film works best with all desktop type light curing machines that have a taut film tray structure and a common screw snap design. The tension of the film on the tray will have an impact on your release effect, hence, it’s vital that it’s not too loose or too tight. It should be firmly fastened but not excessively taut. The specific method will ultimately depend on your machine.

Lifespan and Replacement: Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact lifespan for the film as it depends on several factors such as molding width, resin composition, frequency of usage, model height and personal habits which vary for each machine. However, customers have reported that the film lasts between 1 to 5 months. Please ensure to replace your film once the surface is heavily scratched or its elasticity has diminished.
