Discover the features of this Electric Welding Tool, designed for welding plastic pipes such as PP / PPR / PB / PE / PP-C pipe and more. This tool is engineered for long-lasting use, with a non-slip handle for a comfortable grip. It’s an essential piece of pipeline construction equipment.
The tool features a manganese steel panel for fast heat conduction and a thick gold paint touch head for quick heating. The Electric Welding Tool is blue in color and made from a durable aluminium alloy. It has a rated power of 600W and comes with 20mm, 25mm, and 32mm heads. The voltage ranges from 176V-245V 50Hz, and the heating head temperature is 260 ± 5 ℃.
Safety is a priority with this tool, as it has insulation resistance of not less than 1MΩ and a leakage current of ≤5mA (AC rms).
The package includes 1 Pipe Welding Machine, 3 Welding Heads (20mm, 25mm, 32mm), 2 Fasten Screws, 1 Inner Hexagon Spanner, 1 Support Base, and 1 Iron Box.
To use, install the heatsink on the fixed welding device and place the welding device on the rack. Install the corresponding heating die according to the required pipe specifications, and use the hexagon to tighten. Power on the device (ensure the power is with a ground protection line). The green indicator light will turn off and the red light will turn on, indicating that the fuse is in the automatic temperature control state.
When welding the pipe, use a pipe cutter to cut off the pipe straightly. Insert the pipe and pipe into the fuse die simultaneously without rotating. Operate according to the requirements of the table. After reaching the heating time, remove the pipe and pipe from the die simultaneously. Quickly and without rotation, insert directly into the required depth of uniform, so that the joints open into uniform flange.
