Our high-output control board for spot welding machines is designed to provide more accurate and efficient welding. It’s perfect for welding numerous points on a nickel or nickel-plate sheet. It features a 3-digit digital tube display that shows the current gear and battery voltage. Users can easily switch between three power modes: general, strengthened, or super-strong, catering to various welding demands. The control board supports welding of 0.1-0.2mm nickel sheets, delivering solid and aesthetically pleasing welding points.
Key Features
The welding process works on the principle of achieving high temperatures by using high current. This melts part of the nickel sheet before rapidly cooling it. Its high-speed, intelligent, single-chip design ensures real-time display of battery voltage and high visibility of spot welding strength. It incorporates 8 MOS tubes, supporting a peak current of up to 2400A.
The control board also boasts high precision power output design, with 99 adjustable power output gears. This allows for more accurate welding, making it well-suited for the continuous welding of multiple points on nickel and nickel-plate sheets.
The 3-digit digital tube offers a real-time gear display and can also detect battery voltage. When in standby mode, the digital tube alternates between gear display and supply voltage, displaying the information once every second.
There are two adjustable spot welding delay times, allowing you to choose between a 0s or 1s delay depending on your requirements. It functions as both a spot welder and voltmeter with a built-in 12-bit high-precision ADC giving a voltage measurement accuracy of up to 0.01 voltage. It also features a flexible spot welding pen constructed of multiple strands of high-temperature wire for more sensitive operation and high torsional resistance.
