The MK7 MK8 All Metal Remote Extruder Kit is designed specifically for 3D printers using 1.75mm filament. This kit features a suitable 4mm tetrafluoroethylene tube. It has been crafted from 7075 aerospace quality aluminum alloy that is subjected to sandblasting oxidation for an elegant finish. The kit includes a left hand, a middle hand, and a right hand type equipments.
This kit is also packed with two pneumatic fittings to streamline the feed process. They aim to position the extruder closer to the print head, which minimizes the likelihood of problems related to the remote feeding of brushed. In addition, it allows the supplies to be set in an optimal position, thereby eliminating any concerns about supply congestion.
Items included in this package are a 42 stepper motor with cable, a 42 stepper motor holder, an MK7 extrusion gear, a 624 ZZ pillow, two delivery heads, a hexagon wrench, a set of adjusting springs and an assembly screws set.
