How to Operate:
– Install the fixed fusion splicer with a heating end and place it on a rack. Attach the appropriate heating mold based on the pipe specifications and secure it with a hexagonal plate. Typically, smaller sizes are in the front section and larger ones at the rear.
– Power on the machine. The green indicator light signifies that the splicer is in automatic control state and ready for operation.
– Cut the pipe vertically using a pipe cutter. Push the pipe and fittings into the welder die without rotating. Once the heating time is reached, remove the pipes and fittings from the die simultaneously. Insert them into the required depth in a straight line quickly and without rotation to form a uniform flange at the joint.
