It measures voltage in the approximate range of 0-24V when in voltage independent source mode and 0-1000V under a test voltage power supply mode. The power measuring range is quite vast, from 0 to 1000000 (equivalent to 0-1000kW). The current measurement can range up to 1000A.
A precautionary note: If you are going to allow an external shutdown relay, ensure you provide the system with an independent power supply of 5V 1A to prevent control current failure and system instability.
