Description:

This product is a double-layered PEI powder steel plate designed for 3D printing. Its standout feature is that it doesn’t require the need for 3M adhesive paste or any other types of glues or consumables for bed replacements such as PEI, hot bed stickers, magnetic stickers, or fiberglass.

The printer nozzle can print directly onto the double-layered texture PEI powder steel plate by hand. It’s designed with ease of use in mind, as models can be easily removed by bending and ejecting, making maintenance a breeze. The molds are also easy to take and can be used repeatedly.

Another remarkable characteristic of the plate is its double-sided texture. Both sides of the plate have the same texture and can be used interchangeably, offering resistance to high temperatures.

The plate is equipped with a genuine PEI powder coating and hardened steel springs to resist deformation, making it extremely durable. It also enhances the automatic leveling sensor induction, reducing operating costs and promoting environmentally-friendly usage.

The optimal temperature settings vary depending on the type of material to be printed:

• PLA: Bed:50-60°C; Nozzle:200-210°C
• ABS: Bed:55-70°C; Nozzle:240-250°C
• PETG: Bed:55-70°C; Nozzle:240-250°C
• Carbon: Bed:50-60°C; Nozzle:200-220°C
• TPU: Bed:50-60°C; Nozzle:200-220°C
• Wood: Bed:50-60°C; Nozzle:200-220°C

This plate is suitable for a range of 3D printers including Wenhao FDM Desktop 9, Anet E12, Longer LK1, Anet E10, CR-10, and CR-10S.
