The DM542 Stepper Motor Driver is a DSP digital driver which accommodates 5V and 24V signals. It goes up to 128 subdivisions making it suitable for high subdivision needs. It can be used with 42, 57, 86 type 2 phase 4 phase stepping motors (4 wire 6 wire 8 wire).
This efficient driver operates on a 20V-50V DC power supply and adopts H-bridge bipolar constant-phase current drive. It features eight selectable output currents up to 4.2A. 15 subdivision modes are available, extending up to 128 subdivisions.
The DM542 Stepper Motor Driver is equipped with high-speed optical isolation of input signals and a standard single pulse interface. It possesses an offline hold function for convenience. Its semi-enclosed chassis enhances its adaptability to harsh environments.
Furthermore, this motor driver offers an energy-saving semi-automatic current locking function. It has built-in temperature protection and overcurrent protection, safeguarding the device and ensuring durability.
With a total weight of 250g, it’s portable and easy to install.
