Product Features:
This product is made from hardened steel, boasting superior quality and durability. Its biting teeth are notably sharp and resistant to slipping. It is designed specifically for use with the Prusa i3 3D printer part, compatible with 1.75mm filament.

Noteworthy:
Over extended use, there may be a slight discolouration; however, this does not lessen the sharpness of the gear.
Assembly Instructions:
- Encase the nuts into the slots on both sides of the idler.
- Introduce both bearings into the pulley. Be careful as bearings may dislodge during this process. (Please note: The printed part might show visible layers due to its geometry. This does not affect the functionality or strength of the part.)
- Confirm both bearings are contained within the pulley.
- Position the pulley into the idler as indicated in the illustration.
- Push the shaft all the way through the idler and the pulley. Avoid excessive force to prevent breakage of printed parts.
- Lightly press your finger against the bearing to ensure it rotates freely.
