Product Features:
This product entails a white 100K thermistor wire and a red 24V 40W heating rod. The blue high-temperature resistant PTFE tube is about 0.6M long and is crafted to fit 1.75mm. The primary material is aluminum alloy, while the size measures 0.4/1.75mm. The voltage rating is 24V 40W.
The working temperature of the product ranges between -20 to +260℃. The lead length stands at 0.6M and the PTFE tube length is about 0.5M. This product is ideally used for Creality 3D CR27-V2.
Replacement Instructions:
- Start by disassembling the hood. The screw fixing the hood is located behind the backplate of the extruder.
- Once you remove the hood, you will spot three fixing screws at its back. Proceed to loosen and remove them.
- Take off the old hot end kit and unplug the old cable from the network management system. The hot end adapter’s location is at the right rear of the extrusion mechanism.
- Plug in the new hot-end kit section to check the temperature and heating normality. If all appears normal, re-install the wind hood using the previous steps. In case of any abnormal temperature detection, you can loosen the screw fixing the thermistor on the heating block to return it to normalcy.
