This product provides the opportunity for you to make your cutter using high-quality Damascus steel materials. These materials include forged clamp steel, which has been specially prepared through vacuum cryogenic heat treatments to grant it robust durability and strength.
Features
The steel used in this product is of fine quality, providing high density and toughness. This robust structure ensures the longevity and sharpness of your self-crafted cutter.
To use this product, you will need specific tools including but not limited to a grinder or angle grinder.
Even though the steel has undergone flat grinding and simple pickling, it requires additional pickling after molding or opening a v-shape.
Please note that due to the hand forging process, the patterns on either side of the product may vary in texture and thickness.
The steel may also be minimally stressed and deformed during the heat treatment process. Any such deformation can be rectified by directly using a hammer to straighten it due to the high toughness of the steel on both sides.
