Product: 110V/220V 60W Adjustable Temperature Welding Solder Soldering Iron Tool Kit

Using the Soldering Iron:

  1. Clean the parts to be joined.
  2. Ensure the soldering iron tip is clean and all faces of the tip have a coating of solder.
  3. Apply heat to the parts, not the solder, to be joined.
  4. Apply flux-core solder to the heated parts and let the solder melt and flow freely.

Safety Measures:

  1. During usage, place it on the iron stand or keep it flat for good ventilation and heat dissipation. Ensure to keep the soldering tips down when heating to avoid the risk of burning the handle.
  2. Refrain from setting the soldering iron temperature to 450 Celsius for longer durations as it may cause accelerated oxidation of the iron.
  3. After use, clean the soldering iron with a sponge and re-tin for easy soldering.
  4. Adjust the temperature to 200 Celsius if the soldering iron is not being used. Turn off the power supply if not in use for an extended period.
