I received my BM4070 LCR meter July 2, 2022; two weeks sooner than promised delivery date. The meter was very well packaged and is exactly as described in your website information. Upon installing the battery that came with the meter, I measured six known precision parts with considerable disparate values: 2 resistors, 2 capacitors, and 2 inductors. All measurements were well within 2 percent of the known values except one. The precision 1000 nanoHenry inductor measured 1045 nanoHenries. I consider this last measurement error acceptable for the price of the LCR meter. I rate this meter as excellent and a good value. R. Aubry
