This compact spot welder is especially perfect for the battery assembly spot welding of 18650, 26650, 32650 batteries. It supports 0.1-0.25mm nickel plating or 0.1-0.15mm thick pure nickel sheet, guaranteeing strong adhesion.
At this point, we are offering the product without a shell. However, we are working (in the next step) to introduce an option with a shell to enhance user convenience.

Precautions:
- Altering the power supply voltage and power of the product is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized connection of wires is highly discouraged.
- Only our specific chargers should be used for re-charging.
Instructions for use:
- To prevent short circuits, a heat shrink film will be placed on the battery, which is already charged.
- Upon receiving, carefully remove the first layer of the heat shrinkable film, making sure not to short the electrode.
- Insert the battery screw into the board’s hole and correctly fasten the nut.
- Both electrodes should be in contact with the nickel strip and battery surface synchronously.
- By pressing the switch, weld through direct discharging.
Keep in mind:
- Avoid holding down the switch for a prolonged duration.
- Firm pressure is needed when spot welding to prevent poor contact.
- If discharge is insufficient, ensure to recharge using our specialized 10.8v charger and refrain from causing a short-circuit to the battery.
